Our Story
Our story is rooted in real-world problem-solving and a passion for helping people realise the full potential of their land. We’ve helped hundreds of property owners, developers, and professionals navigate subdivisions, boundary adjustments, topographical surveys, and more — all while keeping communication open and results reliable. From the first site visit to the final title, we manage the details so you can focus on the bigger picture.
In January 2014, Mark Kasa established Survplanz with a clear purpose: to simplify the land development process and provide clients with trusted, end-to-end surveying solutions. Frustrated by the lack of coordination and transparency often found in the industry, Mark set out to build a company that puts clients first — combining deep technical expertise with genuine care, clarity, and responsiveness.
